For people, Communities, and our planet

At Valencia Collection, corporate responsibility is a guiding principle woven into everything we do, from how we treat our people to how we care for the communities and planet we share.

Our culture

Community Impact

Giving back is part of our DNA. Through Valencia Helps Week, we support local food banks, shelters, and nonprofits, partnering with businesses and educational programs to strengthen the communities we serve.

Sustainability & Stewardship

Luxury and sustainability go hand in hand. From reducing single-use plastics to conserving water and energy, we build eco-conscious practices into every aspect of our operations.

People & Culture

Our team is our greatest asset. We foster a culture of inclusivity, professional growth, and leadership development, one where every associate feels valued and empowered to deliver and thrive.

Integrity & Excellence

We operate with transparency, ethical business practices, and an unwavering commitment to guest safety.

Resilience & Relief

In times of crisis, we act. Whether through disaster relief, donations, or partnerships with aid organizations, we stand ready to support those in need.

Community initiatives

01Valencia Helps Week

Each year, every Valencia Collection employee receives 40 hours of paid Philanthropic Days Off to volunteer for causes that connect them to their community.

Valencia Helps Week is a seven-day initiative supporting local nonprofits across Texas and California, from lending a hand at Aggieland Humane Society to local park clean-ups. Staff across seven properties completed 860 volunteer hours and raised funds and in-kind donations for nonprofits in their communities.

02Food for Families

Associates at Cavalry Court and The George spread holiday cheer at the 28th Annual Food for Families event, the largest fundraiser for the Brazos Valley Food Bank. This year’s event raised $207,000 and 116,000 pounds of food for the community.

03October’s Silent Auction

The team at Lone Star Court raised more than $3K through a silent auction with guests and local visitors, benefiting the Central Texas Food Bank. Donations support food pantries across Central Texas, disaster relief, Meals on Wheels, and other community programs.
