Accessibility with intention
Accessibility is part of our foundation, not an afterthought. Every hotel in our collection has rooms specifically designed for guests with disabilities. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. In addition, the Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
At the hotels
Please direct your questions about accessible facilities and services directly to the Front Desk at the hotel to ensure your requests are handled properly. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Website Accessibility
At Valencia Collection, we’re committed to making our websites accessible and easy to use for people with disabilities. Our development team uses software tools to evaluate our sites against the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. While the industry currently has no single regulated legal standard, we make a good-faith effort to follow these established guidelines.
We’ve tested our website to confirm it meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 Level AA, using AXE, a leading third-party web accessibility evaluation tool. We also test periodically as we add or edit content, to make sure new material continues to meet current accessibility standards.
If you have questions, concerns, or encounter an accessibility issue on our website, please contact us: email info@valenciagroup.com or call 866.842.0100. Please include as much detail as possible, including the specific page where the issue occurred. We’ll make every reasonable effort to resolve it promptly.
